It all started when a loved one had to stop eating gluten and dairy for health reasons. As a result, going out to eat became increasingly challenging, with limited options available and even fewer that felt truly satisfying.

What began as frustration soon became a revelation: there was a whole world of food missing from the menu. Delicious, inclusive food that could be enjoyed by everyone, including those with food allergies and intolerances. We realized that food should be something that makes people feel welcome, comfortable, and nourished, without compromising on taste, quality, or enjoyment. Most importantly, it should be accessible to everyone at a fair price.

Our Story

And so, Tipsy Bagel was born. Our mission is simple: to offer delicious, gluten-free gourmet bagels, paired with moreish drinks, that everyone can enjoy; whether you have dietary restrictions or not. No one should feel “different” or uncomfortable when they’re out for a meal. At Tipsy Bagel, everyone is included.

We take pride in using only the highest quality ingredients for our bagels and menu products. We source our ingredients carefully, choosing local suppliers where possible and bringing in authentic, premium ingredients directly from Italy to ensure every bite is as fresh, flavourful, and satisfying as it can be. From the dough to the toppings and drinks, we’re committed to offering a top-tier experience that feels as good as it tastes.

With over 35 years of combined experience in the hospitality industry, the founders of Tipsy Bagel Riccardo and Eleonora, set out to create something that felt missing from the local scene: a place where exceptional service, good value drinks, and fresh, satisfying food come together in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
