At the same time, some ingredients come directly from Italy, chosen for their authenticity and quality, because certain flavours simply cannot be replaced.
Our food is designed to be fresh, satisfying, and naturally balanced. Bagels and cicchetti veneziani are prepared with wholesome ingredients such as fresh vegetables, quality cheeses, cured meats, and house-made sauces. We believe good food does not need shortcuts or heavy processing; just great ingredients treated with care. Our Head of Food and Beverage is a Registered Nutritionist, helping guide the menu towards options that are healthier while still deeply satisfying and full of flavour.
The same philosophy applies behind the bar. Our drinks are carefully selected for quality, from liqueurs and spirits to craft beers and natural wines. Our cocktails are properly mixed, with the right ingredients and techniques, because we believe that a well-crafted drink should always offer the best possible value for money.
